Which Level Locks can OnTech install?
At this time, OnTech is able to install Level Bolt, Level Lock and Level Touch which can be ordered via Walmart (*1 installation per customer)
Will my door fit a Level Lock?
Check the compatibility checker on Level's website to make sure your door conditions are compatible
Will OnTech teach me how to use my new lock?

Do I need to be home for my appointment?
Yes - our pro installers will need access to your home, shipped product and your phone for the app install. Please choose a convenient time that you will be home.
Any other technical requirements?
An iOS® or Android™️ device with Operating Sysytem iOS 11.4 or later and Bluetooth 4.0 of later (Bluetooth 5.0 recommended)
