Your OnTech technician can install all battery powered and plug-in smart cameras from Google Nest, Ring, Arlo, and more. Exclusions include hardwired cameras such as the Ring Spotlight Cam Mount and the Ring Floodlight.

Will OnTech teach me how to use my new Smart Camera?

Yes. As part of our service guarantee, your OnTech technician will show you how to use your Smart Camera device(s) and any associated apps.

What's not included in the Smart Doorbell Service?

Additional add-ons like replacing your transformer, installing a power adapter or other non-standard items which the technician can assess and quote at an additional cost.

Installation of a power adapter may be possible if you don’t currently have a functioning hard-wired doorbell which the technician can assess and quote at an additional cost.
