Are you ready for installation?

• If you need troubleshooting on an already installed device, please give us a call to schedule a Smart Home Diagnostic appointment instead.
• Connecting your smart device requires a WiFi signal at your desired location.  Please have WiFi username and password handy.
• Most smart door locks will work with your standard deadbolt and door handle. If modifications to your door or door frame are required, your tech will quote you the cost before proceeding.
• The primary user will need to be present during your appointment. This will allow your technician to assist with setting up the mobile app.
