Will OnTech contact me before my scheduled installation appointment?

Prior to your scheduled installation appointment, OnTech will contact you: (1) the day before your installation appointment; (2) the morning of your installation appointment; and (3) one hour before the estimated arrival window of your installation appointment.

What can I do to prepare for my weBoost Installed | Office 200 appointment?

First, you will need to have your weBoost Installed | Office 200 available at the time of your appointment.

Next, be ready to tell your tech which areas of your business are your biggest priority when it comes to phone and device use, as well as the preferred locations for the system's antennas.

Make sure your tech has access to your business, including the roof, to complete the installation.

How will I know if my weBoost Installed | Office 200 is actually working?

Before the installation, your tech will take cell signal readings inside your business. Upon completion, your tech will ask you to verify the improved cell signal to ensure you are completely satisfied.
