What is not included in the Smart Doorbell Diagnostic?

Replacement doorbell and/or parts
Running new doorbell wiring
Repairing existing wiring
Diagnostic services for a different device other than the selected Smart Doorbell

What is not included in the Smart Thermostat Diagnostic?

Replacement thermostat and/or parts
HVAC repairs or replacements
Diagnostic services for a different device other than the selected Smart Thermostat

What is not included in the Smart Camera Diagnostic?

Hardwired cameras, such as the Ring Floodlight Cam or Ring Spotlight Cam Mount 
Diagnostic services for a different device other than the selected Smart Camera

What is not included in the Security System Diagnostic?

Security cameras or life safety devices such as Smoke and CO Alarms
Repair of faulty wired sensors
Diagnostic services for a different device other than the selected Security System

What is not included in the Smart Door Lock Diagnostic?

Door handle installation or repairs
Diagnostic services for a different device other than the selected Smart Door Lock

What if my diagnostic appointment takes longer than 1 hour?

Your OnTech technician will discuss if additional time and repairs are needed after troubleshooting. Fees apply for each additional hour of service.

Can I purchase the product and installation during my appointment?

Product and installation are not included in the diagnostic appointment and must be purchased separately.
