What products are not included in indoor installations?
Outdoor Cameras, Video Doorbells, and Smart Locks are excluded from this installation package. Installation for these pieces can be purchased separately.
What if my installed products are no longer working?
For smart home products that have been installed and are not functioning properly, we offer a smart home diagnostic service.

In order to be prepared for your SimpliSafe® Indoor Security Kit Installation (up to 30 Pieces) appointment, please ensure all parts, instructions and packaging are available for your appointment.
