For cancellations, reschedules, product returns and/or need further assistance on a previously completed installation please email ontechrefunds@dish.com with the following details listed below. You will be notified via email upon completion of your request.

  • Request Type: cancellation, reschedule, product return or assistance with previous order
  • Order number
  • Email associated with order
  • For rescheduling: preferred date and time slot
  • For product return include the item and quantity
  • For further technician assistance on a previously completed service include the issue you are experiencing along with preferred date and time slot
