FAQ
Will my door fit a Level Lock?
A Level Lock+ will fit most standard doors with cylindrical bore holes
(tubular locks). Length and width requirements are below:
Backset lengths of 2.375 in. and 2.75 in (backset is the distance from the edge of your door to the center of the bore hole)
Door thickness 1.75 in - 2 in.
ASNI Standard 2.125 in bore hole diameter
Level Locks are not compatible with many metal doors or mortise locks (pictured below)
Check the compatibility checker on Level's website to make sure your door conditions are compatible.
Any failed installations due to door/lock incompatibility are not eligible for refund
