When does my code expire to book the delivery and installation of my Google Nest Storefront kit?

The coupon will expire on November 15, 2021 and will not be reissued.

*Due to Hurricane Ida, we have extended the grace period for Louisiana residents. Louisiana residents will be able to schedule their installation from November 15, 2021 - December 22, 2021.

When do I have to complete delivery and installation of my Google Nest Storefront kit by?

All product delivery and installation has to be completed at your business by December 1, 2021.

Why has my Storefront product kit and installation been cancelled?

An installation is cancelled (meaning no products will be distributed or installed) if a business has :

rescheduled the appointment more than 3 times

had more than 1 on-site reschedule

has cancelled the appointment more than 2 times

Who needs to be at the installation appointment?

The business owner should be at the appointment. If the business owner is not there and the key point of contact at the business does not have information about device placement, the OnTech installer will need to leave the business and this will count as an on-site reschedule for the business.

What if I don’t want all the products installed?

You should still book your appointment to have all units installed and can chose not to install all devices once the installer is there.

What do I need to get ready for my appointment?
